For the health and safety of our Choral Arts community, Choral Arts is requiring all Gala attendees to agree to the following:
- I and all of my guests will comply with the Kennedy Center’s COVID Safety Plan and Conditions of Entry, including (1) the requirement that all attendees be fully vaccinated or provide proof of a qualifying negative test and (2) the requirement that masks be worn at all times except while actively eating or drinking.
- I and all of my guests will comply with all applicable state and local rules and regulations regarding COVID-19 and all current CDC recommendations, including those related to contract tracing, isolation, and quarantine.
- Attending the Gala involves the risk of exposure to or contraction of COVID-19. I knowingly and voluntarily assume these risks, on behalf of myself and my guests.
- I hereby waive and release all claims of whatever nature, now known or hereafter known, against Choral Arts on account of any injury arising out of or attributable to the presence of me or any of my guests at the Gala, including any exposure to or contraction of COVID-19, whether arising out of the negligence of Choral Arts or otherwise.
- I will communicate these requirements to all of my guests and ensure their compliance.
