Festival of Voices
The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts Concert Hall
In celebration of our partnership with the British Embassy Washington for this year’s Annual Holiday Concert & Gala, Festival of Voices celebrates British composers spanning the 18th through 21st centuries. The exalting voices of the Symphonic Chorus and the Choral Arts Orchestra come together for spectacular revelry. Musical titan Marin Alsop takes the podium for a program featuring the U.S. premiere of Roxanna Panufnik’s Coronation Sanctus, with the program culminating in William Walton’s mesmerizing Belshazzar’s Feast. Join us and rejoice in lyrical sounds and majestic fanfare.
